“The Venue”

The Venue is the perfect space for a bridal shower, baby shower, or larger party. It fits about 80 people banquet - style, and is it’s own stand-alone building - a unique quality making it stand out from spaces. It has a small walk-out patio perfect for warm weather days and a small kitchenette with a fridge and space to serve food.

The showers and celebration package in The Venue starts at $425 and includes:

  • 4 ½ hours of rental (this includes setup and tear down time)

  • We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

  • Use of tables and chairs

“The Studio”

The Studio is one of our largest event spaces, accommodating up to 140 guests with plenty of room to celebrate. It features a small kitchenette, a spacious outdoor patio, and an upstairs loft with a pool table and game console. There’s ample space for a dance floor and whatever else you envision. This space is perfect for larger showers or celebrations.

The showers/celebrations package in The Studio starts at $550 and includes:

  • 4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)

  • We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

  • Use of tables and chairs

“Cafe/Lobby”

The Main Lobby and Cafe space is one of our smaller shower/celebration event spaces, fitting about 50 people comfortably. It features a small kitchen, an outdoor patio, and a wide open space with ample natural lighting.

The showers/celebration package in The Lobby starts at $425 and includes:

  • 4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)

  • We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down
