Director of Innovative Ministries Events & Pickerington Campus Operational LogisticsIsaac oversees event operations and facility logistics at the Pickerington campus, serving as a key leader for both everyday rentals and large-scale events. He works closely with clients to coordinate details, with a particular focus on more complex events that require additional planning, oversight, and customization.
In addition to supporting event logistics, Isaac provides facility tours for prospective clients and serves as the final point of approval for exceptions, special requests, and any adjustments to standard policies. His role ensures that each event is aligned with facility guidelines while still meeting the unique needs of each client.
Isaac brings a comprehensive, solutions-focused approach to managing events and operations, helping create a well-organized and positive experience for every group using the space.
Makenzie Ciero
Rentals Support SpecialistMakenzie serves as a primary point of contact for clients working with Grace Rentals to reserve and use the facility for a variety of events, including birthday parties, bridal and baby showers, graduations, and other celebrations. She assists with inquiries related to availability, rental details, and facility use, helping ensure clients have the information they need leading up to their event.
Focused on organization and clarity, Makenzie supports the coordination of rental logistics and helps ensure all necessary details are in place for a smooth event experience. She works closely with clients to address questions related to their reservation and the use of the space.
Makenzie works part-time, typically on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, and is committed to providing consistent support throughout the rental process.
