Director of Innovative Ministries Events & Pickerington Campus Operational LogisticsKnown for his signature approach of “caring deeply but refusing to admit it,” Isaac keeps events running smoothly, problems solved before most people notice them, and expectations very clear (whether you asked for that clarity or not). He has a special talent for delivering straightforward answers with just enough sarcasm to keep everyone on their toes—followed, of course, by quietly doing the extra work to make sure things turn out right anyway.
He doesn’t believe in tiptoeing around problems, but will occasionally do it ironically for effect. Behind the dry humor and perfectly timed comments is someone who takes ownership, works hard, and somehow manages to make chaos look organized.
If something is running seamlessly, Isaac probably had something to do with it. If something isn’t, he already noticed… and has thoughts.
Makenzie Ciero
Rentals Support SpecialistMakenzie is the Rentals Support Specialist, keeping rental logistics somewhat organized and questions eventually answered.
She works a highly strategic ~10 hours a week, which means responses typically land within 24–48 business days. Calling and emailing a few extra times won’t speed things up—but it will add to the queue, which is exciting.
She reports directly to Isaac, her fearless leader, so if there’s an issue with him… that’s tough.
