BOOKING PROCESS

Reservations are first come, first served, Review the spaces, choose a listed time slot, and complete your deposit to secure your date.

Pay the deposit
A $300 non-refundable deposit is required when you reserve and secures your booking.

Use the booking button for your preferred space to see its available 4 ½ hour options.

Pay the balance
We’ll send a separate invoice for the remaining amount, due one week before your party.
“The Venue”
The Venue is the perfect space for a small, intimate grad party. It fits about 80 people banquet-style, and is it’s own stand-alone building - a unique quality making it stand out from other grad party spaces. It has a small walk-out patio perfect for warm weather days and a small kitchenette with a fridge and space to serve food.
The graduation party package in The Venue starts at $500 and includes:
4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)
We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

“The Studio”
The Studio is our larger graduation party space, accommodating up to 215 guests with plenty of room to celebrate. It features a small kitchenette, a spacious outdoor patio, and an upstairs loft with a pool table and game console. There’s ample space for a dance floor and whatever else you envision.
The graduation party package in The Studio starts at $750 and includes:
4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)
We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

“Cafe/Lobby”
The Main Lobby and Cafe space is one of our smaller grad party spaces, fitting about 50 people comfortably. It features a small kitchen, an outdoor patio, and a wide open space with ample natural lighting.
The graduation party package in The Lobby starts at $500 and includes:
4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)
We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

“The North Room”
The North Room is located at our Jefferson campus in Blacklick, OH. It features a small kitchenette with a fridge and space to serve food. This event space is flexible, allowing you to reconfigure the space to best fit the vision of your event.
