Facility Coordinators
Facility Coordinator
A Facility Coordinator is your on-site point of contact during your rental. They’re there to support you, answer questions, and help ensure the space is ready, safe, and set up for success.
Does / Doesn’t
What your Facility Coordinator DOES
Your Facility Coordinator is there to help with the practical side of the rental, including:
Welcoming you and getting you oriented in the space
Confirming the room is set up as scheduled (tables, chairs, layout)
Helping you locate restrooms, entrances, exits, and key areas
Assisting with basic building needs (lighting, doors, temperature, etc.)
Helping troubleshoot simple A/V (TVs, slideshows, microphones where available)
Supporting cleanup and making sure the space is left in good condition
Ensuring the building stays safe and secure during your rental
What your Facility Coordinator DOES NOT do
To keep expectations clear, Facility Coordinators are not able to:
Provide childcare or supervise children
Act as an event planner or run your event program
Provide catering services
Decorate, set up personal items, or coordinate vendors
Move heavy equipment or furniture outside of the agreed setup
Stay past your rental time without an approved extension
