Facility Coordinators

Facility Coordinator

A Facility Coordinator is your on-site point of contact during your rental. They’re there to support you, answer questions, and help ensure the space is ready, safe, and set up for success.

Does / Doesn’t

What your Facility Coordinator DOES

Your Facility Coordinator is there to help with the practical side of the rental, including:

  • Welcoming you and getting you oriented in the space

  • Confirming the room is set up as scheduled (tables, chairs, layout)

  • Helping you locate restrooms, entrances, exits, and key areas

  • Assisting with basic building needs (lighting, doors, temperature, etc.)

  • Helping troubleshoot simple A/V (TVs, slideshows, microphones where available)

  • Supporting cleanup and making sure the space is left in good condition

  • Ensuring the building stays safe and secure during your rental

What your Facility Coordinator DOES NOT do

To keep expectations clear, Facility Coordinators are not able to:

  • Provide childcare or supervise children

  • Act as an event planner or run your event program

  • Provide catering services

  • Decorate, set up personal items, or coordinate vendors

  • Move heavy equipment or furniture outside of the agreed setup

  • Stay past your rental time without an approved extension
