All graduation parties look different - and that’s something to celebrate. Whether you’re planning a small, intimate gathering or a wide-open space with room to dance, we’ve got you covered.

Make it your own
Every space rental includes one hour of setup time and 30 minutes for teardown. A day-of facility coordinator will be on site to assist with questions and help your event flow seamlessly. Use of our tables and chairs is also included.

Our spaces are designed to minimize effort, and maximize fun! We want your day to be stress-free. You can expect up front communication, clear expectations, and a great partnership from Grace Rentals. Just set up, have fun, clean up - and you’re done!
“The Venue”
The Venue is the perfect space for a small, intimate grad party. It fits about 80 people banquet-style, and is it’s own stand-alone building - a unique quality making it stand out from other grad party spaces. It has a small walk-out patio perfect for warm weather days and a small kitchenette with a fridge and space to serve food.
The graduation party package in The Venue starts at $425 and includes:
4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)
We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

“The Studio”
The Studio is our larger graduation party space, accommodating up to 140 guests with plenty of room to celebrate. It features a small kitchenette, a spacious outdoor patio, and an upstairs loft with a pool table and game console. There’s ample space for a dance floor and whatever else you envision.
The graduation party package in The Studio starts at $550 and includes:
4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)
We recommend 1 hour for set up and 30 minutes for tear down

“Cafe/Lobby”
The Main Lobby and Cafe space is one of our smaller grad party spaces, fitting about 50 people comfortably. It features a small kitchen, an outdoor patio, and a wide open space with ample natural lighting.
The graduation party package in The Lobby starts at $425 and includes:
4 ½ hour rental (this includes set up and tear down)
